Lantana

These tiny colorful flowers bloom all around my neighborhood of historic Ghent in Norfolk, Virginia during the warm months. They are said to bloom up and down the East Coast, but they are tropical and like warm weather.

Early Spanish colonists used them for their medicinal properties. Today their miniature perfection and saturated colors delight city pedestrians.
